Jess Arnds
Senior Pastor
Pastor Jess has been serving at Grace Church since 2021 and became Lead Pastor in 2024. He leads with a burden for Northern California—strengthening churches and reaching the lost through the gospel, and is committed to faithful preaching and discipleship, desiring to see lives transformed by God’s Word. John Fernandez
Associate Pastor
Pastor John served as Lead Pastor at Grace Church from 1994 to 2024 and now serves as a part-time Associate Pastor. He continues to serve through preaching, counseling, and training pastors internationally. Read Full Bio
Bradley Jameson

Don Doehla
Pastor of Adult Education
Don Doehla serves as an elder and Pastor for Adult Education, overseeing the M28 Discipleship program and teaching at Grace Church. He is actively involved in pastoral care, mentoring, and discipleship. Read Full Bio
Michael Upton
Elder Chairman
Saved by God's grace in 1996, Michael has been growing in Christ ever since. After the passing of his first wife, Susan, in 2020, the Lord graciously provided his wife, Laura. He has been part of Grace Church since 2015 and now serves as an elder and leads one of the men's Bible study groups. He has two daughters - one adopted from Russia - and four grandchildren.
Aaron Fernandez
Elder
Aaron has served as an elder at Grace Church since 2014, overseeing the men’s ministry and safety team. He leads a midweek Life Group and teaches the membership class, and is passionate about discipling men and equipping others to grow in Christ and serve faithfully in the church.
Aaron and his wife, Amy, have been married since 1996 and have four children.
Earl Obrero
Elder
Earl came to know the Lord in 1987 and joined Grace Church in 2005. He began leading a weekly home Bible study in 2007 and has served as an elder since 2020. He is passionate about teaching God’s Word and helping others grow in Christ.
Earl and his wife, Desiree, have three children and two grandchildren.
